Please read this before making any payment on Hepatify. ## No Refunds from Hepatify A substantial portion of Hepatify, including around 40% of the app content and features, may be available free of charge. Users are encouraged to explore the free content, demo content, sample cards, questions, and other available features before deciding to purchase any paid plan. Once payment is completed, Hepatify does not provide refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers for any reason. A paid plan cannot be transferred to another student, another user, another account, another course, or another pack. Please check the plan, price, duration, features, and device compatibility before making payment. ## If Money Is Deducted but Plan Is Not Activated If money is deducted but your Hepatify plan is not activated, please first check with the payment provider. For website payments, check with your bank, UPI app, card provider, wallet, or payment app. For Android app payments, check through Google Play. For iOS app payments, check through the Apple App Store. If the amount is not reversed and the plan is still not activated after **7 working days**, email us at **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])** with: - your registered email or phone number; - transaction ID or payment reference number; - date and time of payment; - amount deducted; - screenshot or proof of payment. If Hepatify has received the payment, we may activate the plan. If Hepatify has not received the payment, you must raise the issue with your bank, payment provider, Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant payment platform. ## App Store and Play Store Purchases Payments made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are handled by Google or Apple. Any refund, cancellation, billing dispute, failed payment, or chargeback for app purchases must be handled through Google Play, Apple App Store, or the relevant app store process. Hepatify cannot directly refund, cancel, reverse, or alter payments made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, except where permitted by Google, Apple, or applicable law. ## Account Blocked for Misuse If your account is blocked, suspended, or terminated for account sharing, piracy, misuse, rooted device use, emulator use, screenshot or screen-recording attempts, VPN abuse, scraping, fraud, or breach of Hepatify Terms, no refund, cancellation, extension, or transfer will be provided. ## Contact For failed payment or activation issues, email: **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])**
